The UK’s leading flexible energy challenger is a finalist in the S&P Global Platts Global Energy Awards, now in their 19th year, in the category ‘Industry Leadership Award – Power’. The award recognises companies that flourish amid the rapid changes currently underway in the sector through strategic innovation and aggressive growth.

The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday 7th December in New York.

UK Power Reserve is a leading UK developer of battery storage, the linchpin technology that will play a vital role in the flexible energy system of the future. It is currently in talks with major suppliers to build 120MW of grid-scale battery storage, and aims to triple this portfolio by 2020.
